Bangladesh Association Scholarship Section 2026
Scholarship Purpose:
The BAH College Scholarship aims to provide financial support to eligible students in need of
assistance for their educational pursuits.
Dear Members,
We are thrilled to announce that our non-profit organization will be awarding five (5) college
scholarships, each valued at $1000. These scholarships are a testament to our commitment to
supporting education and empowering students to pursue their academic goals. We believe in the
potential of every individual to make a positive impact, and we are proud to be able to contribute
to the future success of deserving students through these scholarship opportunities.
Scholarship Guidelines
Application Deadline: Mailed applications must be postmarked no later than November 15,
2026; and electronic submissions must be received by email no later than 11:59 p.m. on
November 15, 2026.
Eligibility Criteria:
• 2026 High School Graduate going for higher studies
• SAT/ACT Score
• Reference letters (2)
Application packet must contain the following:
1. [ ] Completed Application Form (Signed and dated)
2. [ ] Official or Unofficial High School Transcript (indicating GPA and class rank)
3. [ ] SAT / ACT Score Report
4. [ ] College Acceptance Letter (Letter of admission or commitment receipt)
5. [ ] Personal Essay (typed, double-spaced, 12 pt font, max 2 pages)
o The statement should be professionally written and focus on your
achievements, heritage, future goals, and how the scholarship will benefit you
and your family. Highlight your community involvement.
6. [ ] Two (2) Reference Letters:
o Letter 1: Academic reference (Teacher, School Counselor)
o Letter 2: Community/Personal reference (Community Leader, Supervisor,
Coach, Volunteer Coordinator)
7. [ ] Recent Student Photo / Headshot
